What is business email?
Business email is email that uses your own domain name, such as name@yourbrand.com, instead of a free address. It comes with secure mailboxes you control, shared addresses like sales@ and support@, and the technical records that prove to other mail servers that your emails are genuine.
Customers trust an email from yourbrand.com more than one from a free address, and so do spam filters. When staff leave, the mailbox stays with the business, not with them. And every email you send reminds people of your brand.
We handle the fiddly part: DNS records, phone and laptop setup, and moving old emails across, so your team just opens their inbox and starts working.
Why use email on your own domain?
Small detail, big difference in how customers, banks and partners see you.
Instant credibility
An address at your own domain looks established and trustworthy in every quote and invoice.
Fewer spoofed emails
DMARC makes it harder for fraudsters to send fake emails in your name to customers and vendors.
You own the mailboxes
When an employee leaves, their mailbox and emails stay with the business.
Role addresses
sales@, support@ and accounts@ that route to the right people, and stay the same when staff change.
Better delivery
Correct SPF, DKIM and DMARC records help your emails reach the inbox instead of spam.
Brand in every email
Every email, signature and reply carries your name, not a free provider's.
Check your domain's email setup, live
Enter your domain. We look up its public DNS records to see if mail can arrive and if your emails are protected from spoofing.
We only read public DNS records through a public DNS resolver. Nothing is sent to your mailboxes, and we don't store the domain.

Free email vs business email
Free email is great for personal use. For a business, the gaps show quickly.
| Point | Business email | Free email address |
|---|---|---|
| Address | name@yourbrand.com | yourbrand123@freemail.com |
| Trust with customers | Looks established | Often seen as less professional |
| Ownership | Business controls every mailbox | Tied to one person's account |
| Staff changes | Reassign or forward in minutes | Lose access when they leave |
| Spoofing protection | Your own SPF, DKIM and DMARC | Can't protect your brand name |
| Role addresses | sales@, support@, accounts@ | Separate accounts for each |

SPF, DKIM and DMARC, explained simply
Since 2024, large mailbox providers have tightened the rules for senders. These three records decide whether your emails are trusted.
- SPFWhich servers may send for youA DNS record listing the services allowed to send email from your domain.
- DKIMA digital signature on every emailProves the email really came from your domain and wasn't changed on the way.
- DMARCWhat to do with fakesTells receiving servers how to treat emails that fail SPF and DKIM, and sends you reports.
- Bulk sendersRequired for high-volume sendingMajor providers now require SPF, DKIM and DMARC, plus easy unsubscribe and low spam rates, for domains sending large volumes. All senders need at least SPF or DKIM.
- NewslettersUse the right tool for bulk emailBusiness mailboxes are for one-to-one email. For newsletters and campaigns, use a proper email marketing service so your main domain's reputation stays clean.

Website plansBusiness email: frequently asked questions
What is business email?+
Email that uses your own domain name, such as name@yourbrand.com, with mailboxes the business controls, instead of a free address tied to one person.
How much does business email cost?+
Our plans are ₹49, ₹99 and ₹199 per mailbox per month + GST, billed yearly, with 5 GB, 25 GB and 50 GB of storage. Setup and DNS configuration are free.
Do I need a domain name?+
Yes. Business email runs on your domain. If you don't have one yet, we can register it for you and set up email together.
Can I use business email on my phone and in Outlook?+
Yes. Every mailbox works in webmail, on Android and iPhone mail apps, and in desktop apps like Outlook and Thunderbird through IMAP and SMTP. We set up the devices for you.
How long does setup take?+
Usually the same day. DNS changes can take a few hours to spread across the internet, so we plan the switch to avoid missing emails.
Can you move my old emails?+
Yes. We copy emails, folders and contacts from your current provider for ₹199 per mailbox, free on the Mail Max plan.
What are SPF, DKIM and DMARC?+
SPF lists the servers allowed to send email for your domain, DKIM adds a digital signature to each email, and DMARC tells receiving servers what to do with emails that fail those checks. Together they help your emails reach the inbox and stop others faking your address.
Why are my emails going to spam?+
Common reasons are missing or wrong SPF, DKIM or DMARC records, sending from a free address on behalf of your domain, a poor sending reputation, or spam-like content. Our health check above shows what's missing in your DNS.
What changed for email senders in 2024?+
Large mailbox providers began requiring authentication: all senders need SPF or DKIM, and bulk senders need SPF, DKIM and DMARC, easy unsubscribe and low spam complaint rates.
Can I send bulk emails or newsletters from business email?+
Business mailboxes are for normal one-to-one email and have sending limits. For newsletters and campaigns, use a proper email marketing service, ideally from a subdomain, to protect your main domain's reputation.
What is an email alias?+
An extra address, such as sales@ or info@, that delivers to an existing mailbox. Aliases don't need their own paid mailbox.
Can I add or remove mailboxes later?+
Yes. Add mailboxes any time, charged for the rest of the billing year, and remove or reassign mailboxes when staff change.
What happens to emails when an employee leaves?+
The mailbox belongs to the business. You can reset the password, forward the address to someone else, or keep the mailbox as an archive.
Is my email secure?+
Connections are encrypted with TLS, mail is filtered for spam and viruses, and higher plans add two-step login and daily backups. Use strong, unique passwords for every mailbox.
Do you offer Google Workspace or Microsoft 365?+
We can set up and migrate to Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 for ₹2,999 one-time, including DNS records and device setup. Their licences are billed by the provider.
Will my website and email be on the same hosting?+
Not necessarily. Your email can run separately from your website, so a website problem doesn't affect email. We point your domain's records to the right place for each.
Can I keep my current email address?+
Yes, if it's already on your own domain. We move the mailbox to our service and keep the same address. Free addresses like Gmail can't be moved to a domain, but we can forward or import their emails.
What does the email health check do?+
It reads your domain's public DNS records for MX, SPF and DMARC through a public DNS resolver and scores them. It doesn't access your mailboxes, and DKIM is verified during setup because it needs your provider's selector.
