This Refund Policy governs all advance, partial, and full payments made for services rendered by iBACT Digital, a brand operated and legally owned by IBACT INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, on ibact.digital.
This Policy is provided in the English language. To the extent any translation is provided to you, it is provided for convenience purposes only, and in the event of any conflict between the English and translated version, the English version will control and prevail.
iBACT Digital, operated by IBACT INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, only collects an advance payment of 50% of the total value for any service rendered on https://ibact.digital after booking the domain, hosting, and showing the basic design to the customer. Such advances are non-refundable.
The 50% deposit or advance paid is only refundable if IBACT INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED has not booked the domain, hosted, and put up the basic design within 72 hours of the order being placed for Silver, Gold, and Customized plans.
iBACT Digital only collects the remaining (balance) 50% second payment post successful completion of work, and such payments are non-refundable.
You can cancel Digital Marketing (SEO) Services at any time, and we will not bill you for future months except for 1 (one) upcoming month. However, you will not be refunded the cost of the 1 (one) upcoming month, present, or past months, since the service has already been planned, prepared, or performed.
If you cancel SEO Services and request a refund within 48 hours of initially purchasing or renewing, you can receive a full refund for that month of service. After 48 hours, however, you are responsible for paying for that month, but will not be billed for future months.
Refunds on iBACT Digital are based on the mode of payment used to place the order initially. Below are the refund modes initiated by IBACT INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED for various payment options.
If credit card, debit card, or internet banking was used as the mode of payment while placing the order, the amount paid will be refunded/credited back to the respective credit card, debit card, or internet banking account provided at the time of placing the order.
We initiate the refund within a maximum of 5 working days. However, it may take up to 7–10 working days for the respective banks to process the refund and reflect it in your credit/debit card statement or internet banking account. Please get in touch with your bank directly in case of any delays after the confirmation of refund by IBACT INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED.
